Thank you for your trust with Marshall’s Dog Rescue in surrendering your dog. We will not judge anyone for surrendering a pet, it is a very tough decision, and we will make every effort to help.
If you have exhausted all options (working with a vet, trainer, etc) and still want to surrender your pet, it is best to ensure the dog is up to date on all vaccines. Spaying/neutering your dog also ensures they will not fall into the hands of unscrupulous breeders or puppy mill owners.
Because we are a foster based rescue, Marshall’s Dog Rescue cannot accept aggressive dogs, or those with bite histories. We must ensure the safety of our foster families and pets, as they are the ones who allow us to keep saving lives.
